Refund Policy – Nabisolutions™

By placing an order with Nabisolutions™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.

Our products are intended for adult hobbyists, builders, and collectors.

Returns

We accept returns only for products that were shipped by us and are proven to be faulty due to an error on our end (for example: wrong item sent or damaged/defective item).

To be eligible for a return, customers must provide:


A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened, and

Photo or video evidence clearly showing the product defect or damage.

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video and clear visual proof will not be accepted.

All returned item(s) must be sent back together with proof of purchase.

Customers are required to contact our support team at support@nabisolutions.com before returning any item.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned products must be sent back to Nabisolutions™. Items that are kept by the customer will not be eligible for any refund.

Refunds

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date.

If 30 days have passed since the item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

We will then inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected:


If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

If you have not received your refund yet:

Please check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. Processing time usually takes up to 5 business days.
